LIPOSCULPTURE

It is a procedure that aims to remove excess fat deposited in different areas of the body, in turn sculpting the figure and restoring its harmony.

Liposuction or liposculpture is a surgical procedure to perform body shaping through fat extraction. It is not a procedure to lose weight or lose weight, it is indicated for women with fat accumulations that are not easily eliminated through diet or exercise. The main places to treat are: abdomen, back, hips, thighs, chin and arms.

ABDOMINOPLASTY

It is a procedure aimed at shaping the abdominal area by removing excess skin and fatty tissue, and may include liposculpture or not depending on specific indications.

It is a complex surgical procedure for reconstructing the abdominal wall, involving the removal of excess skin and fat, and tightening of the abdominal muscles with the ultimate goal of reshaping the abdomen, waist, and overall trunk shape.

Hospital admission typically lasts 24 to 48 hours, and full recovery generally takes four to six weeks, although it is advisable not to engage in strenuous activities during the first three months

AUGMENTATION MAMMOPLASTY

It is a recommended procedure with the aim of harmonically increasing the size of the sinuses, using breast prostheses specifically adapted to the individual body structure.

Breast augmentation or augmentation mammaplasty are terms in plastic surgery used to describe breast implants, which are used to increase the size and reshape the shape of the breasts.

REDUCTION MAMMOPLASTY

It is a procedure aimed at reducing breast size, whether due to discomfort from weight or for aesthetic reasons, restoring their natural shape and position.

The best candidates for breast reduction surgery are women of normal weight, in good physical and mental health, and with realistic expectations of the results. It is advisable to wait until the breasts have fully developed before the patient undergoes reduction surgery. However, if physical problems associated with breast size are significant, surgery can be performed even if development is not yet complete.

MASTOPEXY

It is a procedure aimed at repositioning and lifting breasts that have become saggy and droopy due to gravity, pregnancies, age, among other factors.

Mastopexy can be described as a surgical procedure aimed at improving the physical appearance of the breasts; it is an aesthetic surgery that allows for the enhancement and lifting of sagging breasts. Mastopexy, also known as breast lift, involves the removal of excess skin from the breast area and the tightening of adjacent tissues to reshape, firm, and elevate the contour of the female breast.

GLUTEOPLASTY

It is a procedure aimed at harmonizing the buttock area, enhancing its volume while redefining its projection and shape. Depending on the specific indication, either buttock augmentation with implants or autologous fat transfer (using the patient's own fat tissue) may be chosen.

Corrective procedures for buttock augmentation and enhancement include surgical placement of buttock implants (gluteal implants), liposculpture (fat transfer and liposuction), and body contouring (surgery and liposculpture) to address a particular defect or deformity of the buttock region..

BODY LIFTING

It is a series of procedures aimed at restoring body harmony in patients with sagging characteristics in areas such as arms, legs, buttocks, back, etc., including cases of massive weight loss (post-bariatric surgery).

Within plastic surgery, a specific procedure known as body lifting has been designed to address sagging in the abdominal region, lower back, buttocks, and thighs in a single session. This technique involves a 'belt' scar and should only be applied in selected cases where other partial procedures would not comprehensively resolve the desired correction of sagging. It is also known as torsoplasty, circumferential dermolipectomy, lower body lift, and belt lipectomy. By removing and readapting excess skin and adipose tissue in this area, we reshape and improve the patient's body contour.

GYNECOMASTIA

It is a procedure performed in men with the aim of correcting abnormal or excessive growth of the mammary glands (gynecomastia).

Males undergoing treatment with estrogen can develop accumulations of fat in the form of breasts, known as pseudogynecomastia, although it is common to develop true breasts, which is called gynecomastia. It is the most common breast pathology in males. Obese males also often develop pseudogynecomastia, typically occurring during puberty from ages 11 or 14 to 20 or 21.
