CLEFT LIP AND POLATE
Corresponds to the most common congenital facial malformation, with an incidence of approximately 1 case per 700 births. It can present as an isolated cleft lip, cleft lip and palate, or even a cleft palate alone.
The diagnosis and treatment of these anomalies require immediate and interdisciplinary intervention from the newborn stage to prevent irreversible consequences in adolescence and adulthood, such as hearing impairments, language disorders, and of course, aesthetic consequences.
The general phases of treatment are as follows:
Hearing assessment
Lip surgery
Palate surgery
Language development
Rhinoplasty
Alveolar bone grafting
Orthognathic surgery
BURNED
In this area, we can intervene promptly in the sequelae of burns in various facial or body regions, restoring functionality and aesthetic harmony to the affected area.
By correcting scars and/or releasing areas with contractures resulting from burn injuries, it is possible to restore the anatomical and functional characteristics of the injured tissue as closely as possible
